Nice family building

Pros:
Great doormen, nice amenities, good garbage system, pool and hot tub on roof, gym is nice, clean
Cons:
Super has a lot of units to tend to and can take a while to get to your problems. Noise from 1st Ave can be loud late. Need to install strong curtains on south facing windows

The doormen are so sweet and professional!

Cons:
There’s an older (maybe 60?) woman who lives here (has for years apparently) - she starts problems with everyone- she stole kids shoes that were left in the hallway, she complains about everyone! She’s mean to your face for no reason. And god for bid you try to get on the regular elevator with your dog- according to her, she’s the only one allowed to ride the regular elevator with her fluffy white dog, everyone else has to ride the service elevator. She even yells at the women at the nail salon across the street, makes them watch her stuff while she goes shopping after her manicure!!
Advice to owner:
Stop letting this woman treat other tenants this way!
