Great management, clean

Pros:
Fair rent prices. Before moving in, I requested updated stainless steel appliances and the installation of a dishwasher, which they did with no extra cost to rent. An incredibly reasonably priced 1 bedroom apt for the neighborhood and safety, cleanliness of the building. Balcony with excellent view. Perfect for young couples.
Cons:
Hallways are a bit worn down. No doorman. Have to buzz in delivery people/ visitors twice due to security system. Elevators can be slow.
Advice to owner:
Can we get a code for our door??

Building kept in great shape, can sometimes really hear your neighbor

- Great package system - safe and secure building - two elevators so very little waiting
Cons:
- walls can be thin so neighbors can be loud - street noise is quite loud because of poor isolation from windows

Cons:
Laundry area in basement felt slightly sketchy. Could use one more elevator during busy times.
