Rapid repairs needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Laundry on site, storage on site, courtyard for families
Cons:
Everything needs to be fixed badly. Infestation of rats/mice. Elevator broken, halls and staircases have not been painted in over 18 years. Dirty, nasty- cameras do not work.
Advice to owner:
Urgent repairs needed building has fell apart. Fix hallways, lobby’s and staircases

Poor management conditions
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near all transportation
Cons:
There have been no upgrades or capital improvements since opening. Filthy hallways and stairwells. Many tenants are just as filthy. Hazards with equipment especially elevators. No security cameras. No fire alarm system. Loitering. Incorrect additional charges. Non-responsive management!
Advice to owner:
Get it fixed. That's all tenants want. A decent home and responsive management.
