Great Building, Wish The Noise Would Stop
Former Tenant
Pros:
Its very bright and has a lot of charming design features. I like that there is laundry, a quick and reliable elevator, and the super is very friendly and always doing work around the building to make it nice.
Cons:
There was construction the whole time I lived here, and it still continues. If you are on the front side of the building you're fine, but the back side has been very loud. Also, the super often leaves us on read with issues regarding our apartment.

Great for students
Former Tenant
Pros:
Haven't had any issues with any amenities - laundry room in basement works, functional kitchen and relatively responsive management
Cons:
The apartment is ALWAYS cold (multiple tenants complain every year and nothing has been done), construction next door is terrible (occurs almost 6 days a week starting at 8am) to the point where cracks are forming in the building. Management tries to work with engineers from construction site to mitigate but to no avail

Nice community, slow or no repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The folks who live in the building are spectacular and the live in super is very sweet and helpful.
Cons:
However the super is overworked with all the repairs that need to be done, and management is not good with responding or supporting. We’ve had a hole in our closet ceiling for months
