    Nice new apartments, good appliances

    Surrounding neighborhood , frequent broken elevator

    -clean building, well managed
    - apartments are huge for new york and beautifully designed
    -pest control comes once a month
    Cons:
    -the smallest fridge for 2 bedroom!
    -the heat constantly goes down to a set temp
    -one of the elevators breaks ever couple of months

    nice units with plenty of space
    Cons:
    packages get stolen clearly by a person inside the building and management does nothing about it.

    So far good, glad I’m not afraid of stairs

    Elevators go out frequently, at least once a week. People have been stuck multiple times

    Find a permanent resolution for the elevators.
