-clean building, well managed
- apartments are huge for new york and beautifully designed
-pest control comes once a month
Cons:
-the smallest fridge for 2 bedroom!
-the heat constantly goes down to a set temp
-one of the elevators breaks ever couple of months

packages get stolen clearly by a person inside the building and management does nothing about it.
