Okay for a while
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location for Hell's Kitchen and Midtown, building is nicely maintained, and the building staff is pretty friendly. Maintenance always responds quickly.
Cons:
The leasing office is absolutely terrible. They are so hard to get a hold of and are largely unresponsive. Yearly increases are quite steep so you'd only last a year before you're extremely overpaying.

A beautiful building, with awful management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge laundry room, massive community roof deck that’s usually not too busy, small but well-maintained gym, very friendly doormen (especially Randy he’s the best!!!!), new and clean spacious rooms ideal for adding flex bedrooms
Cons:
Management sucks! They are very rude and disorganized. They lied to us about the number of bathrooms in our unit and we didn’t find out until move in. We also still haven’t received our security deposit back yet. They do not have your best interest in mind. They would rather scam you.
Advice to owner:
Management needs to be improved. They are rude and have lied to us many time.

Loved living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here for 2 years. I love the neighborhood and love that it’s not a family building being a student myself. The doormen are really nice and the management is responsive and acts fast.
Cons:
Had mice in the first months, but called the management who sent the exterminator the morning after and solved the problem. Unfortunately, it happened twice in a few months.

Nyc experience i guess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, beautiful view from rooftop, doormans are very friendly
Cons:
Management slacks. Could update and add furniture on rooftop. Only 2 eatinf tables for an entire rooftop? Take better care of the gym, one treadmill has been broken for months and still not repared.

Depends on which building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's an OK first time apartment and has decent amenities. You have laundry in the building, gym, doorman, and a nice rooftop. If it's a flexed unit, rooms will be very tiny though.
Cons:
Apt 332 had a serious mice issue and it took years before it was resolved. Management was responsive with extermination but not thorough. We finally resolved it after finding holes in once of the ACs. Apparently if you're in the connecting apartment, that's where the issue is. Haven't heard about any pest issues in the first building.
Advice to owner:
Fix your mouse problem

Great Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
I really liked the move in and move out process. Very simple. Building lobby was always clean. Loved the rooftop access, especially during covid. Neighbors were quiet. Felt like walls were thick. Maintenance was always fast. Package system was great. Gym was well kept.
Cons:
The bathroom was odd and we had leaks coming from our unit. We also had a leak from the apartment above us, so really felt like there were major plumbing issues the entire time we lived there. They even had to shut off water a few times for multiple hours of the day. While majority of the doormen are very friendly, there are a few that can seem like they don’t want to help you out with basic tasks.

Midwest Court Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is very clean and modern. There is a very clean laundry room in the building, super fast elevators, and really nice door men! I have loved living here over the past year.
Cons:
The only cons I have about the building would be that our heater is a little funky and blast hot air sometimes.

Expensive but well maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments and rooftop are big selling point for this building. The building management and doormen are also super nice and friendly.
Cons:
The gym is not a real gym, and should not be used as a selling point.

Great first apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doormen, responsive management, and spacious apartments with modern appliances and plenty of room and storage even as a flex! There is also a large shared roof deck, gym, and laundry room. Everyone I have seen follows COVID-19 guidelines without complaint. Having a recycling area and garbage chute on every floor is very convenient.
Cons:
We did have a slight mouse problem (partially our fault for leaving food out) which we didn’t expect being on the top floor of the building. However, management was extremely responsive and sent someone to take care of it the day after we called. The front door isn’t very soundproof for noise in the hallway (which there is little to none of), but the walls of the apartment itself are thick.
Advice to owner:
I’d recommend this building!

Solid Building, but small gym, bad elevators
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally quiet. Neighbours are fine. No huge issues.
Cons:
When elevator breaks (often) get used to the stairs!
