No frills, great space

Pros:
Well maintained up and down, never had a package stolen. Maintenance requests responded to very promptly. Lived here for 3 years no complaints!
Cons:
Hallways are very echo-y and the street / school noise can be loud. Construction across the street .

Good building, quieter than you would expect

Quiet, close to everything, responsive staff. Can get some bridge noise but great sound isolation for Manhattan standards. Decent laundry rooms
Cons:
Not great sunlight, faces another building with bright lights. Hallways can get noisy

laundry on site - although could use an upgrade nice big elevator - handy for moving large furniture respectful neighbors private building virtual doorman bike storage
Cons:
location - you can hear traffic & the subway always location - the school across the street has loud yelling kids during the day hallways and common areas could use a major refresh AC units need major updates Kitchens are cheap iKea cabinets blinds are always broken building has a lot of stupid rules that just aren’t accommodating to renters priced super high! you can find something in a brand new building for the price you pay here.
Advice to owner:
upgrade common areas and hallways it looks like I cheap housing project. upgrade laundry room upgrade kitchens & ac units

They clean it every day. I saw zero bugs in the unit and the laundry room stays open all hours.
