Great staff bad rat problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gym was great, staff was amazing, loved the amenities
Cons:
Had a horrible rat infestation which management sent pest control to take care of 3 times and didn’t fix the problem.

Not value for money
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to wholefoods; BDFM and 1 subway line; nice lobby and rooftop and common areas.
Cons:
Quite noisy being so close to 7th Ave, even high up; the walls are quite thin so you can hear the neighbours alarm go off every morning and people walking in the walkways; newer apartments are nice but the older ones are very dated; lifts aren’t particularly fast.

Worst management company, no customer service
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are great, building has amenities
Cons:
Like construction noise? Then this is the place for you. Constant apartment renovations taking months and including hammering, sawing and drilling on weekends too. Management is the worst and totally unresponsive. Also bad? Water pressure, renovation quality, and neighborhood. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Advice to owner:
Improve customer service

Convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Whole Foods right across the street
* Nice 24/7 doorman
* Clean
* Good water pressure
Cons:
* very close to 7th Avenue so it’s noisy at night and early morning. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend.

Nice building, basic apartments, no views, HORRIBLE shower pressure
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, neighbors quiet, great rooftop
Cons:
HORRIBLE shower pressure. Management office is not very well ran. BBQs never work.
Advice to owner:
Actually fix the shower pressure and bbqs. Be more real and genuine in your emails to tenants. Don’t talk like a robot.

The best building in Manhattan
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management company is quick to respond and the apartment finishes are unique and high quality with built in appliances and in-unit w/d. This is my favorite place I've lived in Manhattan. I love using the Peloton's in the gym and the roof terrace is beautiful.
Cons:
Nothing about the apartment bothers me.
Advice to owner:
We love it here. Thanks, Greystar.
