Nice place to live

Pros:
Well insulated building with friendly staff. No major issues with pests, neighbors, or noise, and the apartments are spacious.
Cons:
It used to take forever for things to be fixed.

Loved living in this building and the people

Pros:
Loved this building so much- from the friendly doorman's to the neighbors. No issues with apartment at all and they were always quick to help if anything ever showed up. Can't recommend enough
Cons:
One con is we changed supers about 3 times in 6 months. Not sure for the reason but imagine there might be something happening behind closed doors

Responsive super and staff. Clean with accessible garbage chute and clean recycling area.
Cons:
Maintenance sometimes slow on building common areas.

Best building in New York

Pros:
Doormen are so friendly. Maintenance is super responsive. Never had an issue with hearing neighbors. Get a text message from building when a package has arrived.

Great location and building

Doormen, great views and package delivery.
Cons:
If renting from an owner, you may have to have open houses if they’re trying to sell it.
Advice to owner:
Label recycling bins a little more specifically
