Corinthian high rise
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is beautiful and very well kept. The door men are absolutely wonderful and the building is dog friendly of any size and breed!
Cons:
It can take up to 15 minutes to get from your apartment to the ground floor via the elevators, they are constantly broken and with that many floors and apartments you could be waiting in a long line for the elevator at any given time! It is a real pain. Also the walls are very thin so don’t have conversations after 10 pm or your neighbor will send you a 5 page written note on how they would like you to be asleep when they are. Oh gosh I almost forgot the moving in/out fees are outrageous. 1,300 to use the service elevator non refundable.
