Loved the building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet building (older people), amazing views if you're in the NE corner. Very responsive maintenance.

They do a water pipe cleaning once a year and you can't drink from the tap for a few weeks

Old school building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, size of apartments
Cons:
The staff can be unfriendly (at least when I lived there 5 years ago), the street always has construction and there’s nothing good in the area (midtown). But close to park.
Advice to owner:
Get better staff
