Building is great
Former Tenant
Pros:
Condo building. Great location and friendly doormen. Pool and gym access. Usually always very clean. Huge windows are a plus for a great view and sunlight.
Cons:
I do have some roach issues in my apartment. The big water bug types. There is exterminator services but it’s been very hard to get rid of since it’s not about tidiness. They seem to come when it rains and through cracks that are unreachable in the kitchen. It is NYC though so I’m fine with that.
Advice to owner:
My personal condo owner is very slow and unresponsive. Not a buildings fault but frustrating for my unit.

Nice building, great staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super friendly doormen and porters. Right above the subway, close to Whole Foods. Gym is well maintained, though a bit small
Cons:
Studio apartments are not well insulated because of the giant bay windows - cold in winter, hot in summer. There's a hospital, a police station, and two fire stations within a 10 block radius so there can be a lot of sirens, especially at night.
