An ok building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management is very responsive they usually fix things the next day.
Cons:
The heat could be loud sometimes but manageable. They were switching platforms to make rent payment and the whole process was chaotic. The renewal rent increase was very high
Advice to owner:
Mgmt should have a cleaning service come more often for common areas/hallways

There is no peace here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is good, safe, private, affordable.
Cons:
The neighbors are so loud and constantly screaming. Told management and called the cops multiple times and nothing changed. This building was quite and peaceful and for the last year there is absolutely no peace. The screaming is every day. If you value sleep and your sanity don’t live here.
Advice to owner:
Have actual consequences for noise problems. Doing nothing does not fix the situation. I know many who moved just because of the screaming neighbor. This problem will cost you.
