After One Year…
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is the absolute friendliest. They know you by name and are very responsive when you have issues with anything in the building. The amenities and location are unmatched. The pool is open during health club hours only, but a $50 key fob can get you into the gym 24/7. Beautiful lockers rooms with saunas. The rooftop deck and apartment windows have incredible views. I am terrified of bugs, but have had no issues with them in this building. Washer and dryer on every other floor. Trash and recycling on every floor. The apartment bathrooms are luxurious and easy to clean.
Cons:
The smallest apartments are studios, and I am in one of them. They are very small. Because of this, storage is pretty limited. The biggest cons are with the kitchen. There might be larger studios, but my studio is equipped with a mini fridge instead of a full fridge, and there is no oven. Counter space is pretty limited as well. In my opinion, it’s worth it, even with a steep price, but it is something to consider.

10 years at the strand
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen were simply the best. In fact, all the hands on staff were great. Not a ton of rentals in the building but they have good layouts, but they are largely dated. Overall liked my time here a lot
Cons:
AIB management corp have some horrible people working there. One named Vanessa actually threatened eviction once over a silly and meaningless technicality. I would never rent from them again.
Advice to owner:
Keep the staff, they are mostly great.

Nice Location; Horrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, close to restaurants
Cons:
Some units are condos and it depends on the landlord. My landlord Sung Eun Choi actually entered the property several times without notifying me and it’s horrible. In the end she also won’t return my security deposit. She is very hard to deal with and try to avoid her if you can.
Advice to owner:
Certain landlords are horrible.

Condo - landlord experience may vary
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is great. Staff is very friendly, knows everybody's names. Great amenities, very responsive.
Cons:
Landlord was a complete nightmare to deal with as this was a condo building. Blamed me for the aftermath of their negligence and refused to return 2 months of security deposit. Avoid Sung Eun Choi if you can. There is another review but I was there 2 years ago; not the same person. Currently in legal proceedings to recoup the security deposit.
