Great location - building could use some work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location - two elevators - full laundry room in the basement
Cons:
Elevator being out of service is not uncommon (at least there are 2)

Having a gr8 experience so far!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I am 5.5 months in and I cannot complain about the building at all. I have no pests. Hallways are clean. Garbage area is clean. Laundry area is decent. Never had a package stolen. Fantastic neighborhood.
Cons:
For the first three months I lived here, one of the elevator was constantly out of service and people getting stuck in it. Sometimes it takes the super a while to respond to your issue.
