Worst management company in city!
Former Tenant
Pros:
They redid the hallways. The apartments look decent. Nino the doorman is awesome!
Cons:
The management company are incredibly unprofessional. I have witness them bully tenants in several occasions. We’ve been through 4 supers in 4 years. Mice in several of the apartments as well as rats all around outside the building. Have plumbing issues every year, including sewage coming up out of drains. I know if at least 6 apartments that have electrical issues. The boxes are very old and they dont replace them. Most recently there was sparks shooting out, a third party electrician said it was a major fire hazard. They just keep taping them. The air condition units break multiple times a year and it takes several weeks to fix…not ideal when it’s 90 degrees out
Advice to owner:
Fix something behind just using duck tape. It may cost more but it will work for you in the long run.

Pretty nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Definitely a nice building, great staff, solid people living throughout
Cons:
Depending on what floor you’re on, you’re gonna see some pests.
As with lots of apartments in Manhattan, you’ll probably be priced out sooner rather than later
