Location makes it worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, super is responsive, most units are recently remodeled
Cons:
A couple tenants are very very loud and inconsiderate. One tenant has loud birds and a small yappy dog. Another tenant blares their loudspeaker late at night. Everyone else is normal and considerate though
Advice to owner:
Enforce noise restrictions in the building for everyone’s sake
