Landlord Didn’t Fix leaking ceiling
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice space, good location.
Cons:
The landlord / property manager is terrible. I had a hole in my ceiling leaking water for over a month that was not fixed until after we moved out. Management was unresponsive and clearly waiting to fix until after we left. I couldn’t live in my room during this time.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants with respect, fix problems in the apartment.
