Responsive property managers. Lots of street (bridge) noise.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The supers and property management are very responsive.
Cons:
The main downside for the front building is that it is *very* noisy because the Wb bridge lands right outside your window. You need earplugs to sleep uninterrupted.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up. In the winter sometimes the front door doesn't fully close on it's own. Maybe add a new buzzing system with cameras!
