The people in this building are all awesome
Cons:
SO MANY CONS!! I lived here for 2 months and then had to get out for my own mental sanity. There are rats running around in the walls 24/7. I also had mice in my actual apartment due to the poor renovation. There also is a full on cockroach infestation. On top of that, the gas in the building was never turned on because they can’t get the building approved by the fire department. ALSO… the contract workers renovating the apartment had keys to everyone’s units and would walk in whoever they pleased (: The management of this building is GOD AWFUL AND MEVWR RESPONDED. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Advice to owner:
Maybe get a new career (:
