Great location, some units with nice renovations
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are bright and renovated, building is relatively clean and well maintained, quiet neighbors
Cons:
Some issues with trash management on the first floor, leading to rats and smells. Rarely seen any vermin in the apartment though
Advice to owner:
Take out trash regularly
