The location was killer being next to the NY Comedy Club and Blackstar Bakery. The new pizza place is way better than the old one and the deli across the street rocks
Pretty dark but I am on a lower floor. Bathroom ceiling partially collapsed and took four months of debris falling on me in the shower to get anything fixed 👎 Also I’ve had about ~6 roaches in 18 months
