The Landlord and the Super are horrendous
Former Tenant
Pros:
None at all besides the cool neighbors. they are chill
Cons:
The landlord at this property is the most unreceptive landlord ive had in 25 years of living in nyc. The Refuse to help during the terrible heat problems and are trying to jack up the rent over 55% of what it currently is.
Advice to owner:
I hope you have some good faith and realize how terrible a human being you all are

Pretty average building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gets really good light (even rear facing units), not a ton of units so it never feels busy/crowded, bedrooms are big for NYC
Cons:
Walls are thin/floors are EXTREMELY creaky, building is generally just old and not especially well kept. It's not like there's trash lying around but there's a lot of structural changes/reno that could be done.
