Pretty good overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not a lot of tenants, well located
Cons:
Packages stolen and lots of heat/hot water issues in the past years

Moving on up!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location the metro and laundry in the building. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurants.
Cons:
Security is horrible and packages are always stolen. only 1 washer / dryer, lots of roaches and not enough spraying, no screens for windows, water pressure is on the subpar side, kitchens are outdated, not enough outlets or 3 prong outlets, poor security system with a front door that does not shut all the way, forced to have spectrum internet, too hot in the winter
(heat is up too high), not always enough hot water, trash is always out front of the building on and around the trash bins spilling over in front of the building entry door, mail boxes are constantly broken and outdated, the keys don’t always work.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants and they will stay and take care of you. Don’t put money before loyalty.

Flooding, Loud, Old
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was the main pro. Nice area.
Cons:
As a ground floor apartment, it flooded with the thunderstorms you get in the summer. Every year. They did nothing but clean the drain outside the door, which was clearly an inadequate draining system given that I still had multiple annual floods.
Advice to owner:
Respond to emails!!! You call, get told to email, do not receive a response until you complete the cycle again and again. Update your apartments so the expectation is not an annual flood.
