Ceiling leak unfixed my whole lease tenure
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good price / location. No mice or pests...that I know of.
Cons:
Would take a long time to respond to ceiling leak issues. Then would just cover it up without effort to fix underlying problem with broken roof. Got so bad at one point that mushrooms started growing. Also windows had cracks and the heaters were really loud (although that’s to be expected To an extent).
Advice to owner:
Invest to maintain the building. It’s in a very sad state currently. Or at least my apartment and the common areas make it seem that way.
