Cute unit, sad building

Pros:
The apartment itself was pretty cute. I enjoyed the aesthetics of this space. Very responsive super and management.
Cons:
The buildings (both front and rear) are super run down. Pest issues in the common areas (not in my actual apartment, but I give my cat the credit), heat issues in the dead of winter, super noisy (not from LES partying, which there is plenty of, but you can hear your neighbor's every move. It's like living with roommates).
Advice to owner:
Get the heat and pest issues under control, fix what's broken in the common areas, and do everything you can to minimize package theft. I had hundreds of dollars of merchandize stolen before I gave up on having packages sent here.

Noises All Winter

Pros:
Clean considering you are in Hell Square. They cleaned the inside and stoop consistently enough.
Cons:
If you lived on the lower floors the radiator was SUPER noisy. It sounded like load banging on the walls that made the walls shake.
Advice to owner:
Please fix the radiator noise. I asked for repair several times during my stay with no resolution.
