Cute apartments but messy landlords
Former Tenant

Great location and washer dryer in unit

People would break into front doors and steal packages all the time, not solution was ever implemented for this

Basic Chelsea spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location near Chelsea piers. Lobby is cleaned frequently. Decent value for area. In unit laundry
Cons:
A little far from the subway (~12 minute walk). Bedrooms are very small and lighting is not great. Property manager not very responsive when things break. Cockroaches have come a few times
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to maintenance issues

Great location, outdoor space
Former Tenant
Pros:
If you face the back of the building it is like you are not in New York - trees, birds etc. Can be beautiful.
Cons:
Can be loud Floors and walls are very thin so you hear neighbors. And in the back outdoor voices are amplified Also there is no super living in the building so maintenance is not always good. He is very responsive when contacted, however.
