My Favorite Manhattan Apt

Pros:
Quiet, but wonderful location. Close to many shops and eateries. My apartment was never cold in the winter. I felt very safe. The neighbors on the block were friendly.
Cons:
No elevator in the rear building where I lived.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work

Pros:
Amazing location, responsive management, very safe, good apartment floor plan / layout considering the small space, no issues with rodents / pests, well maintained building
Cons:
The neighbors are loud, but the noise levels seem to be better after management become aware of the issue.
