Pros:
Location is good for bars and restaurants but so much shit gets thrown around outside by homeless looking through the trash
Cons:
Stairways don’t get cleaned much, super only speaks Russian which was ok for me but lol gl

Advice to owner:
Just because it’s a rent controlled building doesn’t mean you should just let the building fall apart
