Livable but requires maintenance

Pros:
Great location. Rent stabilized units.
Cons:
- Building security, flimsy front door lock, no cameras. - Stolen packages, each and every package you order gets stolen within an hour of delivery. - Noisy if you're facing the street. - Wooden stairs inside the building squeak loud. - Smells travel through the bathroom vent. - No roof access. - Poorly maintained building facade.
Advice to owner:
- Address building security. - Install double windows in all units, the old windows are falling apart. - Repair stairs.

Cons:
Shower got backed up frequently, gets very hot from radiators
