Pros

It’s right near the seaport and in the heart of lower east side. This area has easily accessible transportation, good hidden gems to eat and shop.

Cons

Building is filthy. Elevator is often out of order and filled with human pee.

Advice to the owners

This NYCHA housing unit needs an update. Deep cleaning, strict rules to ensure cleanliness and safety.
