Good but loud

It's nice, good location, lots of sunlight

Very very loud. First floor is right above a bar

Cons:
Extremely noisy (neighborhood and the bar downstairs), you can hear absolutely everything in the building (neighbors!). The trash area is too small for 8 units. The super is not responsive at all.

Pros:
Landlord was surprisingly responsive to anything we emailed about, plus I know from our neighbors and my own experience- always returns the security deposit. The super and porter weren't on site, BUT were friendly and very responsive. The neighbors all got along and the apartments are pretty big for the east village.

Roof access which overlooks the park!
Cons:
The area is pretty insane, but obviously that's the east village. We enjoyed that part. The trash is kept in a closet on the first floor BUT the porter takes it out regularly.
