Pros:
Honestly, I can’t think of anything except if you’re a fan of East Village
Cons:
Fridge hasn’t worked for the entire 2 months I’ve lived there
Supposed to be a washer/dryer & dishwasher in unit but there is none
Unresponsive building owners
Floors incredibly slanted
