Quite stay in a prewar building East Village
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbor are somewhat quiet here, very low people traffic.
There is a garbage man maintaining the courtyard area between buildings.
Room was recently renovated
Cons:
It does look pretty old, do not really recommend staying on the first floor as you could hear people coming down the stairs

The Worst MGMT company I’ve worked with
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, close to the park, great restaurants
Cons:
Cockroaches, rats, and repair issues and mgmt would do nothing about it. We would call over and over again and no one would ever return our calls. They try to sell you on the fact that you can go into the office but every time you go in there they say the person who is supposed to help you isn’t there. We have cockroaches in our apartment and had to wait over a week before they would provide an exterminator.

Also the apartments are SO small and poorly ventilated. We lived in a “2” bedroom but one room didn’t have doors or windows. Also all of the lightening in the apartment was connected so you could not be in one room with the lights on if someone wanted them off in another room. We asked mgmt to fix this over 10 times and no response. By far the most unresponsive and horrible company I have ever worked with. Do not live at their properties they do not care about the tenants.
Advice to owner:
Get a staff who actually cares about the tenants and the wellbeing of your business. Also provide people with BASIC repairs and extermination. This is extremely simple but your mgmt company attitude was so unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to work with you.
