Slum Lords: mice, sewage, mold, leaks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing. Do not move here whatever you do. The building has sewage leaks, is infested with mice, mold everywhere, Westminster Management is a slum lord.
Cons:
Absolutely everything. Sewage pours from the ceiling once a week. There are leaks everywhere. Black mold growing on our ceiling. We live with a family of mice. Have made about 100 complaints to Westminster and the NY housing department. Can’t wait to move out. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
