the price is great, neighbors are friendly but mostly college students, cat friendly and no fee

Cons

hard to get a hold of management/landlords when there is an issue. our stove broke and it took almost four weeks to get replaced, initially lots of roaches, but went away after the first few weeks which was good

please respond quickly to maintenance requests

The gas in the entire building was turned off for 9 months and the management company was very unhelpful and did not give us any money in compensation.
