This place sucks

Pros:
Natural light in all of the rooms
Cons:
Hundreds of cockroaches throughout the lease, terrible management that didn't fix the problem and acted like unresponsive idiots, street noise was loud 24/7

Pros:
Location There are no other pros of living here it is horrible
Cons:
Severe roach infestation (100+ live roaches seen in our unit alone) Poor management of garbage and waste (rats in back area) Construction was not done properly and "new" flooring and kitchen has already broken Plumbing issues through out the building - radiators are leaking into each floor Did not have heat for over a month Building management does not respond to problems
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenant concerns and invest in fixing issues properly

Pros:
Great location, near restaurants and bars
Cons:
Apartment was not clean when moved in (when we complained/asked for management to have a professional cleaner come, a man showed up with paper towels and one cleaning spray - he said he was done after 30 minutes.. apartment was left as dirty as it was). Heat is inadequate. When something breaks, takes management weeks to get it fixed.
