nice place to live but no frills

Pros:
neighborhood is so fun and the bedrooms in the back of the building mean its quiet. landlord is nice enough and just a few doors down
Cons:
the stairwells werent often cleaned and packages were stolen a lot. my doorknob was broken for months and it wasnt fixed. toilets often wouldnt flush correctly and they never did anything to fix it

amazing location, nice neighbors, management office next door, landlords flexible about lease
Cons:
maintenance not super responsive and common stairwell was not well maintained. requests to fix broken lock and toilet flush never followed through with.
