Nice if you don't mind unpredictable heat

Pros:
Super is responsive, neighbors are relatively nice or keep to themselves, and appliances/ facilities are well-maintained.
Cons:
The heat was often turned on sporadically and at the worst times. Sometimes it would be 20 degrees outside but the heat wasn't on at all so you'd be freezing, or it would be a sunny 60 but the heat would be blasting full force so you'd be melting inside.
Advice to owner:
Please, make the heat make sense!!

-hot water
-nice garbage room
-good size for what you are paying for/location
-nice layout
Cons:
-no elevator
-couple stolen packages
-not much sunlight in apartments
