Potential but out-dated

Pros:
Good response time from management, good super, decent amenities, original stairwell, no pest issue
Cons:
Slightly unkept, patched up repair jobs, poor ventilation even with windows open, mold issue in bathroom, poor insulation
Advice to owner:
Invest in proper repairs.

Adequate but cuts corners

Pros:
Good super, nice neighbors, zero pest issue
Cons:
Cheap apts excluding a few. Mold issue in bathroom on top floor apt because of humidity and poor air circulation. Insulation isn't the best.
Advice to owner:
Invest in quality upkeep.
