Comfortable and Best Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Relatively quiet with a lot of long-term residents, pest-free, good light on the top floor, a sweet man cleans the building most weeks and keeps it pretty clean, video intercom
Cons:
Units are small, apartment can get cold in the winter, rude property manager, packages constantly stolen

Construction was really loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
fantastic location affordable price for covid
Cons:
VERY loud construction nearby management often didn't respond to maintenance requests
Advice to owner:
Be a bit friendlier. And don't hike the rent up when there is intense construction going on next door and all of the windows are blocked
