Perfect location in the Village
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location: Right in the heart of the Village, down the street from Washington Square Park and perfect for me as an NYU student; Our current super is extremely kind and responsive
Cons:
I never got used to walking up the 4 floors of stairs; the heating in the winter is too much sometimes
Advice to owner:
Everything is great about this property!

Decent soho apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is actually very quiet dispite being in a fairy crowded area.
Cons:
The building management is a nightmare. If you ever need anything from them. It will be torturous. The super is very nice and helpful but management is absolutely awful.

Also the natural light in the apartment is pretty bad. Very cave like.
