Great location, safe street, not too many people in the building
Cons:
Not always cleanly, had packages stolen, can hear/feel wall vibrations from base music of bar downstairs after midnight

Amazing location, great super, spacious, good lighting in the common spaces, affordable

Not a lot of light in the bedrooms, touristy street, not renovated, shower made crazy noises
