Former Tenant
Pros:
The residents are nice.
Cons:
The street noise levels are out of control, the common areas always smells of garbage, the super is extremely in responsive and will try to get you to pay extra for basic services under the table, there have been multiple pest issues, the hot water is unsafe levels of hot, building upkeep in general is terrible, and the rent prices are out of control.
