Lovely Cornelia Street - Until Bed Bugs
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved living in this building! It was my first solo apartment in the city and living on Cornelia Street was a dream. It was quiet, and lovely, with trees, and a beautiful unit.
Cons:
When I found bed bugs in my apartment, my landlord didn't believe me. I was forced to leave.
Advice to owner:
Please rid the bed bugs of the building and restore it, it is a beautiful building.

My first NYC apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved this building because of this street. This is the most idyllic street in Manhattan. It is quiet, has amazing restaurants, trees, and everything about it is picturesque. It is extremely safe.
Cons:
This is an old building. The water pressure is minimal and the units are small but overall I loved living here for two years. I had a few weird neighbor situations but nothing I haven’t dealt with before.
Advice to owner:
Allow access to roof and create a sitting area for the roof to enjoy!
