Basic studios with many long-term tenants

Pros:
Well maintained overall and many units are rent-controlled or rent-stabilized
Cons:
No laundry in the building and only dry cleaners nearby. No roof access despite nice views. Some disgruntled older tenants that expect quiet at all times unless they’re making the noise which is frequent.
