Incredible! A great place to call home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Things get fixed quick, friendly community and incredible location. Always feels clean, safe, and welcoming.
Cons:
Sometimes the street noise can get loud, but it's not too much of an issue.

Great opportunity — if you can get it!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible pricing, great amenities (elevator, package room, 24 hr. doorman, laundry in basement). Good floor plans.
Cons:
Construction seems to be frequent, which creates noise easily audible from other units (walls are somewhat thin). But honestly you get used to it. No big deal to me.
