Great Building, plagued by it's older infrastructure
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, across from whole foods!
The front desk staff / "white glove" staff are great
Cons:
Heating breaks often

There are leaks ALL OVER the buildings, especially if it rains for 4+ hours . We've lived here for two years, and have been promised multiple times by management that there were fixes - but nothing has been done. I'll say that it looks like they've finally started repairs, but they'll likely be done in 6 months (-6/2023)

Price gouging from management for me and other tenants. My rent went up over 15%, and I wasn't alone!
Advice to owner:
Please don't lead your tenants on and make fake promises

Nice but Pricey
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean
Great staff
Good location
Cons:
Renovations are nice but paint is just layers upon layers and peels off
So expensive compared to other buildings in the area

Terrible management staff. Great building. Great location. Great doormen.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Amenities. Doormen
Cons:
Management staff …. Do your self a favour and don’t move there. It’s easier to get acceptance from Harvard than to get Clarissa and her squad in the management office to answer an email ! Unless they need something from you!
Advice to owner:
Fire your management staff! This is not a way to treat people who pay 3000-7000 of rent per month.
Rest should be ok as the building is amazing !

Queit and Nice but Expensive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building staff are great. They are very friendly and responsive.
Cons:
Expensive to live here
Advice to owner:
Make the gym an optional expense

Management doesn’t care
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is fabulous
Cons:
Elevators often had issues. Once Pinnacle took over, they screwed up people’s accounts, and then most people’s leases didn’t get renewed because the new owners decided to remodel.
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants like human beings
