Pros:
Well kept building. Great location with everything you could need in a short walk. Responsive super.
Cons:
Building Laundry system is more complicated than it needs to be. Mailroom closet and package delivery is a problem
Advice to owner:
Simplify the laundry. Deal with the package problem

Pros:
Uses Latch smart lock system which is absolutely incredible and so convenient
Apartments are a good size and layout
Building is clean and tidy
Tenants are friendly
Has a rooftop and elevator
Cons:
Can be a bit loud depending on where your apartment faces

Pros:
All professionals are living in the building. Never had a problem and hardly ever saw other people
Cons:
Awful super and management. The super once barged in whilst I was in the shower. He was always just letting himself in

Deal with the super. He is awful
