Well kept building. Great location with everything you could need in a short walk. Responsive super.

Cons

Building Laundry system is more complicated than it needs to be. Mailroom closet and package delivery is a problem

Great location and awesome smartlocks

Pros

Uses Latch smart lock system which is absolutely incredible and so convenient Apartments are a good size and layout Building is clean and tidy Tenants are friendly Has a rooftop and elevator
